💫July 25, 2025: Highlights of a soulful morning sadhana🎼

🌷✨Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj ki Jai!✨🌷

Jagadguru Aadesh:

Practice realizing God's presence in everyone -
You have listened to many spiritual discourses and now understand their essence. However, merely knowing is not enough - implementation is essential. To integrate this knowledge into daily life, consistent practice is required. The purpose of spiritual camps (sādhanā shivir) is to help you further build upon what you learn here. If you do not make progress, a time will come when even this rare human birth will be lost.

Therefore, I humbly request that you take this as a simple instruction from me to practice daily:

1) Realize God's Presence Within All Beings

The Vedas, scriptures, and saints unanimously declare that God resides in the hearts of all beings. Practice remembering this truth constantly. Just as you instinctively feel the presence of "I" within yourself, practice feeling that He who is truly yours is seated within you at all times. Make it a habit: Every half hour, pause for just a moment and feel the presence of God within you. This simple practice will protect you from committing sins and will gradually awaken an unshakable awareness that God is always with you. This realization comes only through continuous practice. Abhyāsena tu Kaunteya - everything is possible through practice.

2) Regularly Assess Your Spiritual Progress

Periodically assess yourself. Ask yourself: How much has my tolerance increased? How much has my pride decreased? Am I able to remain equanimous in the face of insults and criticism? These are the true parameters for measuring spiritual progress. If you still feel hurt by others’ words, feel anger, or cause pain to others through your speech or actions, recognize these as signs of deficiency in your sādhanā. Every month, take ten minutes to evaluate your progress. If you find that you have not improved, feel genuine remorse, and resolve firmly to do better in the coming month. Promise yourself: "I will not feel hurt when someone insults me. I will not get angry with anyone. Instead, I will be angry at my own anger. I will not hurt anyone."

Recognize all the graces that God has already bestowed upon you, and strive sincerely to put these into practice.
