💫January 6, 2025: Highlights of soulful morning sadhana🎼
🌷✨Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj ki Jai!✨🌷
Jagadguru Aadesh:
Exclusiveness in devotion to your Guru -
It has always been, is, and will always be our nature to seek happiness.
Only Shri Radha Krishna are the embodiment of bliss. Only by attaining them can we get bliss - there is no other path. Also, there are no means, such as devotional practice, yoga, penance, or sacrificial rites, based on which we can attain them - nānyaḥ panthā. They can be attained only by the one with no means, one who is weak—balahīnena
labhyā. Especially in Kaliyug, there can be no possible means to attain them - ehiṃ kalikāla na sādhana dūjā। joga yajña japa tapa vrata pūjā॥.
Then how do we attain them? Just keep these things in mind -
1. They are always seated in our hearts. It is not about sitting and doing sadhana - while walking, eating, drinking, and doing our routine tasks, always realizing that they are seated in our hearts and noting down each of our thoughts.
2. Sit in solitude and do Roopdhyan. First, firmly establish God's divine form in your mind—this requires the most effort. Some people have past sanskars (impressions from previous lives) that help them with Roopdhyan. Some people use an idol or photo for this. But this is not correct. Whether poor or rich, everyone must establish Roopdhyan in their mind. There are two benefits to making the form of God in our mind as compared to using a photo or idol: i) we can adorn them with the most expensive gems, such as Kohinoor, as per our wish, and ii) we can switch from a younger to an older form of Shri Krishna or Radharani instantly according to the kirtan.
3. Ananyata: Only worship Radha Krishna and only follow the philosophy of your own Guru. They are pure and will purify our minds. Our duty is to cleanse our minds. Our Guru will take care of the rest. Don't go to different babas because 99% of them are ignorant these days and show the wrong path. There are subtle differences in the philosophies of even God-realized saints, which will confuse you. In some, there is a vast difference, such as in the philosophy of Shankaracharya.
4. Nishkaamata: Even if you are dying, do not ask; think; if it is your wish that I leave this body, so be it! I cannot think against his wishes.
When you achieve the above four, then
5. Develop a deep longing to meet them - focus on this alone, leave the rest. The more we yearn to meet them, the closer we will get to them. And when we reach the state where we cannot live without meeting them, we will attain our goal.
Throw away all other knowledge - they are only meant for Gurus. You are a sadhak and must attain your goal by doing sadhana.
Don't read various kinds of books, don't listen to the lectures of different saints, and don't think of unnecessary things. Do this soon, as we don't know when we may lose this human body. Don't think I am young right now. Similar to how dacoits loot things and run on getting an opportunity, you must make maximum effort to practice devotion with this human body, which is extremely rare. If we remain careless and don't make a spiritual earning, we won't get this human body again. kabahuṃka kari karunā nara dehi - we get this human body after eons. Don't assume that if I die, I will become a human being again. Even the devatas of heaven yearn for this body. You don't get it just like that. If you make a spiritual earning, God will give this body again. If our earnings remain zero, we will have to wander around in the 84 lakh forms.
Prepare yourself, keeping all these things in mind. You have been very careless. Become alert now and focus on making your spiritual earnings.
