Jagadguru Aadesh:
tana kā bharosā nahiṃ goviṃda rādhe ।
yāte kṣaṇa kṣaṇa mana hari meṃ lagā de ॥
Generally, 99% of the people in the world do not even know who we are, why we have got this human body, and how we can come out of this bondage. And those who have this knowledge do not seriously ponder over the fact that this body, which we are proud of, can be gone in a moment without prior notice.
antakāle ca māmeva smaranmuktvā kalevaram - we will attain the one to whom our mind is attached, at the time of death.
This body is momentary, think about the welfare of the soul, we may not be alive the next moment - if we seriously contemplate on this fact, and keep this in mind all the time, we won't be careless.
Whatever time you get other than the time when you work, utilize it in remembrance of God, and do not waste it thinking about others.
Do not postpone sadhana for old age, as in old age we will have two problems - 1. The body will become weak and disease-stricken 2. Members of the household will increase and consequently, attachments will increase. So it will become much harder to detach our minds from them.
saba kara mamatā tāga baṭorī। mama pada kamala bāṃdhu baṭa ḍorī॥ - We have to remove the attachment from everywhere and attach our minds to God alone.
We have to be alert and practice this.
