💫May 19, 2025: Highlights of a soulful morning sadhana🎼
🌷✨Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj ki Jai!✨🌷
Jagadguru Aadesh:
Two key points for a sadhak -
1. When you have idle time, anytime, anywhere, chant the name of Radha with each breath. When you inhale, think 'Ra,' and think 'dhey' when you exhale. Otherwise, the mind tends to think about the impure material world because of its habit, and if someone sits next to you, you will indulge in useless conversations with them.
2. Speak less and only as much as is necessary. When you speak too much, you will eventually say something wrong. This will become harmful to you. Speaking causes more harm than thinking because worldly thinking causes harm only to us, but talking about worldly affairs causes harm to others as well. And the other person may start to hate you. Generally, people tend to exaggerate things to prove themselves right. No one gives a truthful description of what happened. 99.9% of conflicts in the world arise from speaking. The more one speaks, the more one invites anxiety, conflicts, and hatred from others. Don't think that you will defeat others by speaking. No one accepts defeat. If someone at home speaks to you angrily, remain silent because if you argue back, the matter will only escalate further. By speaking less, you will save time, attain peace of mind, and avoid the many afflictions like anger, etc., that arise from excessive speech. So, practice speaking minimally.
If you repeatedly do something, it becomes a habit. Firmly resolve to practice these two things. Initially, it will require effort, but it will start happening naturally with practice. Practice this for a month and experience the immense benefit.
